Chateau Latour Le Pauillac de Latour, Pauillac, France 2019

This wine has been made every year since 1989, and was developed primarily for the restaurant market. This generous, fruity wine is an excellent introduction to the family of wines produced by Château Latour. It can be enjoyed after four to five years of ageing, and will continue to improve for several more years.

A typical Pauillac with remarkably pure aromas of blackberries and fresh plums with spicy notes and hints of graphite. Hedonistic yet well-balanced and very quaffable, its crunchy fruit and fresh acidity accompany the soft, velvety tannins.
